mTECH Linear Scale Detail Drawing and Dimension

Here is the detail drawing and dimension of the mTECH scales.

There are 3 types of scale model, the number (1 & 5) at the end of each model indicate the resolution of the scales (e.g. JCXF1 is a 1um resolution scale, JCXF5 is a 5um resolution scale):

1) JCXF1, JCXF5 - these are small profile scales and they have a maximum travel length of 600mm


2) JCXE1, JCXE5 - these are regular profile scales and is more commonly used. They have a maximum travel length of 1000mm


3) JCXG1, JCXG5 - these are large profile scales and is used when long travel distance is needed. They have a maximum travel length of 6000mm
